BAKED APPLE PANCAKE (Or Peach) 
4 tbsp. butter

Melt in 9x13 pan in 425 degree oven or 10 inch iron skillet.

Place in blender: 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt

Blend at high speed until smooth (or process).

Remove pan from oven. Pour in batter - it will sizzle. Top quickly with prepared apples. Bake about 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water
6 tbsp. sugar

Cook just until it begins to boil.

Cut pancake as soon as baked. Drizzle sauce and serve. 6-8 servings.
