MICROWAVABLE APPLE OR PEACH
CRISP
 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecan or walnut)
1 (21 oz.) can apple or pie pie filling

Microwave butter until melted. Stir in oats, brown sugar, flour and nuts. Microwave on full power 3-4 minutes. Stir mixture 3-4 times during last 2 minutes to cook evenly. Remove from mixing bowl and pour into 9-inch microwave pie pan. Microwave again for 3-4 minutes on high (100% power). Remove from oven and sprinkle over fruit filling, serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
