BLUE FISH 
Brush baking pan with mayonnaise. Place dark side of fish down; cut two diagonal slices on white side of fish and brush top with more mayonnaise. Sprinkle top with seasoned salt and paprika. Add a little water to pan and place in preheated 350 degree oven. Bake until fish is browned and tender.

LEMON BUTTER SAUCE:

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and stir in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir over low heat until well blended. Pour over fish as soon as it is removed to platter.
