BLUE FISH WITH MASHED POTATOES 
1 blue fish
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic, chopped
2 big onions, chopped
3 tbsp. wine
1/2 c. tomato puree
3/4 c. water
1 bunch parsley
1/2 lemon
2 lbs. clams

After cleaning the fish up, add salt and pepper and the 1/2 lemon and let it rest for 1 hour.

In one casserole you add the garlic, the onions and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and you cook it for 3 minutes. Keep mixing so the onions won't burn, then you add the tomato puree, the wine and the water, salt and pepper to taste and cook it for 3 minutes.
