1 pt. orange juice 1/2 pt. grapefruit juice 1/2 pt. pineapple juice 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. tapioca 3 eggs 1 pt. sour cream or half and half Combine and bring to a boil first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons tapioca is done. Take 3 eggs; beat. Add 1 cup chipped ice. Add the hot liquid to the eggs and ice slowly, so eggs don't cook. Strain and cool. This is the base, to this add 16 ounces sour cream or half and half and any fruit you want. |
