CHARLES' BEST MAC AND CHEESE EVER! | |
2 cups elbow macaroni 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 (16 oz.) tub cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) tub dairy sour cream 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar, divided 1/2 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese (shredded), divided 2 large eggs Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain macaroni then melt butter mixing it with the macaroni in a casserole dish. Add the cottage cheese, dairy sour cream, 3/4 of the bag of sharp cheddar, 1/2 of the Velveeta and 2 eggs. mix together well. Top evenly with the rest of the Velveeta then cover Velveeta with the reserved cheddar. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!! Submitted by: Charles Allen |
