GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
2 gallons green tomatoes
1/2 c. canning salt
1/2 gallon white vinegar
1 qt. hot peppers
2 qt. chopped onion
5 c. sugar
2 tbsp. black pepper

Cut tomatoes and peppers into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in large kettle and bring to a good boil. Turn heat to low and pack into hot jars quickly.
