4 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. can Pet milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. German chocolate, chopped
1 sm. jar marshmallow creme
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and Pet milk and boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Combine chocolate chips, German chocolate, marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla and pour over first mixture. Beat until all ingredients are melted. Pour into buttered pan, cool.
