STRAWBERRY AND RHUBARB PIE 
Pastry for 2 crust 9" pie
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. diced rhubarb
1 pt. strawberries
2 tbsp. butter

1. Prepare pastry. Put one crust in a 9" pan.

2. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Sprinkle a small amount into pastry lined pan.

3. Combine remaining sugar mixture with rhubarb and berries.

4. Put mixture into pie crust and dab with the butter.

5. Cover with other crust. Cut slits in the top to allow the steam to escape.

6. Bake in 425 degree oven for 40 minutes.
