STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. instant tapioca
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sliced strawberries
3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces
1 tbsp. butter
Double pie crust

Combine above ingredients except butter and let stand 20 minutes. Then fill pie shell. Dot with butter and put on top pie crust. Bake until done, usually 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
