RADISH AND CUCUMBER SALAD 
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3/4 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
3 lg. cucumbers, sliced
1 c. thinly sliced radishes

Combine all ingredients except radishes, marinate in the refrigerator several hours. To serve; add radishes and mix thoroughly. Serves 6.
