GREEN CHILI 
4 cans tomatoes and green chile
2 lbs. pork, cubed
1/2 c. water
1 lg. can tomatoes
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. fat

Cube pork and brown in fat. Add tomatoes and green chile, mashed tomatoes, use juice and 2 quarts water. Turn down and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Make a thickening with 3 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/3 cup water; add to tomato mixture and boil until thick.

Serve over burritos or flour tortillas with refried beans, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes and grated cheese and top with sour cream, if you like.
