CHILI BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained

In 2 quart casserole combine ground beef, celery, onion and green pepper. Cover. Microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink. stirring after half the cooking time to break up meat. Drain.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover. Microwave at High 5 minutes. Stir. Reduce power to 50% (medium). Microwave 7 to 10 minutes to blend flavors. Serve in hamburger buns. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
