WARLOCK CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. can kidney beans
3 cans tomatoes, drained and cut into pieces
2 cans tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
3 cans mushrooms, washed (optional)
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. ground cumin seed
1-2 tbsp. oregano

Brown beef by placing 1 pound at a time in plastic colander. Place in dish. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Stir and squash out grease. Microwave 1 minute and repeat. Microwave 1 more minute and repeat. Place in turkey roasting pan.

Combine all other ingredients and bake uncovered in oven 2 hours at 250 to 275 degrees. Do not allow to boil. Allow to cool and refrigerate overnight. Cook again the next day 2 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
