MICRO CHILI 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper, optional

Combine ground chuck and onion into a 2 quart bowl. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes on high or until meat is cooked, stirring once. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover with wax paper or paper towels. Microwave 10 minutes on high, stirring once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
