GREEN CHILI CORN BREAD 
1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. oil
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients, reserving small bit of cheese for sprinkling on top. Pour into 9x13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
