GREEN CHILI CORN BREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter

Combine first (5) ingredients. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients except butter. Heat butter in 9 x 11 inch Pyrex. Pour batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until browned.
