GREEN CHILI CHEESE BREAD 
1 loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
1 stick butter
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 c. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter and add the green chilies. Spread on bread. Mix grated Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses with mayonnaise. Spread on top of buttered bread. Place bread on baking sheet, cheese side up, and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
