GREEK BREAD 
1 stick butter (softened)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can chopped ripe olives
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese to taste
1 lg. loaf of French bread (split in two)

Mix all ingredients together and spread thickly onto the bread. Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top if desired.

Bake until hot, 15 minutes at 400 degrees, or try broiling under broiler until brown and "toasty."
