ORANGE ROUGHY IN SCALLION AND GINGER SAUCE | |
1/3 c. dry sherry or vermouth 2 tsp. sesame oil 3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce 1 tsp. garlic, fine chopped 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger 2 orange roughy* fillets (1 lb.) *can sub cod, sole, or flounder Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix sherry or vermouth, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion, ginger, and garlic in small bowl. Place fillets in an ovenproof casserole dish. Drizzle with the marinade and bake 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. 2 servings.
