HALIBUT STEAKS WITH ORANGE -
GINGER SAUCE
 
2 tbsp. butter
2 3/4" halibut steaks (12 oz. each)
Chicken or fish flavor instant bouillon
2 green onions, sliced in 1/2 pieces
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger or 1 grated ginger root
1/8 tsp. black pepper

In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter; cook steaks and 1/2 teaspoon bouillon for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, carefully turning fish once. Remove steaks and keep warm. Prepare sauce in same skillet with 1 tablespoon butter. Cook green onion, until tender; add orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger, black pepper, 3/4 teaspoon bouillon and 1/2 cup water. Cook until sauce boils. Pour some sauce over fish steaks, serve rest with fish.
