EGG CUSTARD 
3 egg yolks (reserve whites)
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg yolks and add sugar, mix well. Add milk, whip egg whites and add to mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cook at 325 degrees until firm. Sprinkle nutmeg over top before baking.
