EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
2 eggs
3 tbsp. strong coffee
3/4 c. scalded milk
Whipped cream

Put chocolate bits, eggs, and coffee in blender. Whirl for 2 minutes. Add scalded milk and whirl for 2 more minutes; pour in custard cups to harden. Top with whipped cream when ready to serve. Serves 5.
