EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp. Kahlua
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. heavy cream

Melt chocolate chips with Kahlua and orange juice in microwave. Put eggs, yolks, vanilla, and sugar in blender. Blend at medium high speed for 2 minutes, then add cream and blend, 30 seconds more. Add melted chocolate mix and blend until smooth. Refrigerate in individual serving dish for 5 hours or overnight. 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
