On a large cookie sheet spread a sheet of foil paper 3 inches longer than pan. Put on cookie sheet, cut up pieces of chicken (about 4 pounds) or a whole chicken cut up. Add peeled potatoes and carrots and fresh string beans (or cook canned peas when chicken is done).
Pour over CHICKEN ONLY, choice of barbecue sauce. Pull off another sheet of foil, put on top of food, tuck and fold sheets together so no air will come out of foil bundle.
Bake 1 hour in an already hot oven 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil from top. All the fat from chicken is in the foil on cookie sheet. If you want, remove top foil and leave back in oven for about 10 minutes so barbecue sauce soaks into chicken, whether skinned or not. Quick easy supper.
