EASY CHICKEN DINNER | |
1 c. uncooked rice 1 whole chicken, cut up salt, to taste 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 2 1/2 c. water 1 can cream soup (any flavor) Spread rice in bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Arrange chicken pieces over rice. Salt for flavor. Mix dry soup mix, can of cream soup and water. Pour over rice and chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 325°F for 2 hours. Uncover when ready to serve and put under broiler to brown, about 5 minutes, watching closely. Submitted by: Cheri Beecham |
