EASY CHEESE BREAD 
3 3/4 c. biscuit mix
2 (8 oz.) c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Combine milk and egg; add to cheese mixture, and stir 2 minutes. Pour batter in a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan, and cool slightly.
