EASY BREAD RECIPE 
1 c. honey or sugar
3 cans hot tap water

Mix well together. Then add:

Mix until lukewarm. Add: 1 c. oil

Let stand until working, then add: 2 tbsp. salt

Add:

Could sub: 1 c. wheat germ Or 1 c. whole wheat Or 1 c. oatmeal, etc.

Mix as much as possible together then finish on a floured cloth or board, knead well, flour if too sticky. Work a good 10 minutes. Keep dough on the sticky side. Place in large plastic bowl pregreased turn over once so top will be greased. Let rise until double. Push down, turn over and repeat again. This can be done by setting the oven on warm 5 minutes. Turn off and leave light on.

Divide into 1 1/2 pound loaves, work air out and pack into pregreased pans (repeat rising process). When double bake for about 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Take out of pans and let cool on a rack. For sweet dough use 6 eggs and double sugar.
