EASY DATE NUT BREAD 
3 3/4 c. warm water
3 pkgs. dry yeast

Combine and let stand 5 minutes. 2 tbsp. salt 5 c. whole wheat flour

Add to yeast mixture. Beat at a medium speed on electric mixer for 2 minutes or 300 strokes by hand, vigorously. 1 3/4 c. chopped dates 4 c. whole wheat or unbleached white enriched flour

Add remaining ingredients and blend with spoon until smooth. Cover, let rise till double. Stir down and spread in greased loaf pans. Batter will be sticky. Smooth out top of loaf by flouring hand and patting down. Let rise till double. Bake at 375 degrees about 45 minutes. Makes 3 loaves.
