EASY CUSTARD 
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar

Mix well with egg beater or hand mixer on low. Pour into Pyrex bread pan or 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Place dish in a larger pan with 1/2 inch hot water in larger pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes until clean knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool minutes to 1 hour out of water pan. Eat or refrigerate.
