RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
4 c. cut-up rhubarb

Mix first four ingredients, then add rhubarb. Bake in 9 inch pie plate for 15 minutes at 425 degrees and 30 minutes at 375 degrees until custard is set.
