RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
3 beaten eggs 2 2/3 tbsp. milk 2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 3/4 tsp. nutmeg 4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1" pieces 2 crust 9" pie Mix all ingredients together. Dot top crust with butter and sprinkle sugar on crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. |
