COUNTRY SKILLET DINNER 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. thin egg noodles, uncooked
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and onion on high. Reduce heat and spread noodles over meat. Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano and both salts and pour over noodles. Cover and cook 15 or 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. Sprinkle cheese on top and heat until melted.

Note: Can use grated Cheddar cheese. Serves 4 or 5.
