RICE AND GREEN CHILIES 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
3 oz. can green chilies
2 c. grated cheese

Saute onion and butter; add rice. Remove from heat, add sour cream, cottage cheese, salt and green chilies. Layer this mixture: casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
