EASY CHILI RICE 
1 (16 oz.) can dark kidney beans
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
1-2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked rice

Saute onion and green pepper together. Add beans and tomatoes, add chili powder to taste. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rice and heat until warmed through.
