QUICK CHILI RICE DINNER 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. whole kernel corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice, cooked
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water; cover and bring to boil. Stir occasionally. Stir in rice. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. (I add a little more chili powder for taste.)
