QUICK CHILI RICE DINNER 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 can diced green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onions. Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce, and water. Cover and bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Takes only 20 minutes.
