QUICK-RAISED DINNER ROLLS | |
1 pkg. yeast 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. warm milk 1 egg 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 3/4 to 2 c. bread flour Using mixer or food processor, blend all ingredients. Place in a warm spot (85 to 90) to rise until doubled (30 minutes or so). Punch dough down. Form into balls and place in buttered 8-inch square pan. Let rise for 10-15 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 9-12 rolls. |
