QUICK CHILI RICE DINNER 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
