QUICK CHILI-RICE DINNER 
1 c. rice
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook rice in large saucepan and set aside. Brown beef, onions and bell pepper in large skillet. Add spices, corn, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to full boil, stirring occasionally. Stir into rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour into large dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 large servings.
