QUICK CHILI-RICE DINNER 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn
1 c. diced green chilies
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice

Brown beef and onion. Add everything but rice, cover and bring to a full boil. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
