SKILLET DINNER: MEAT & RICE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Seasoning salt
Coarse ground black pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. uncooked rice
Onion salt
2 1/4 c. water

Brown ground beef, seasoning to taste with the seasoning salt, onion salt and black pepper. While browning the meat, add the onion and green pepper. Drain fat. Add the rice and water; increase heat until mixture bubbles. Cover and reduce heat; simmer until liquid is gone and rice is tender, about 14 minutes. Use picante sauce as a condiment for extra zing!
