QUICK ONE SKILLET DINNER | |
Bacon Potatoes Onions Eggs #2 can French style green beans Place in a skillet 1/2 pound or more of bacon, cut into pieces, cook until crisp. Remove bacon and place on paper towel. Leave just enough bacon drippings in skillet to fry potatoes. Put sliced potatoes in skillet with bacon drippings and cook until almost done, add cut up onions. When onions are clear and potatoes brown, add a drained #2 can of French style green beans to skillet mixing together with potatoes, etc. Add browned bacon and continue to heat. Separately beat some eggs and add to skillet stirring constantly until eggs are cooked. Salt and pepper to taste. |
