DOUBLE QUICK DINNER ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. Crisco

Beat with spoon until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double. Grease 12 muffin cups. Fill 1/2 full. Let rise again until dough reaches top of tins.
