1 HOUR DINNER ROLLS - ITALIANO 
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Mix well. In saucepan, heat milk, water and 2 tbsp. butter until warm (120 to 130 degrees) add to flour mixture. Add egg, blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually add 1/4 cup cheese and enough flour to make a firm dough. Knead 3 to 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover, let rise in warm oven 15 minutes. Punch dough down and divide into 32 pieces. Form into balls; dip tops in melted butter and cheese. Place in well greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Cover and let rise in warm oven 10 minutes. Bake 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
