EASY DINNER ROLLS 
Combine in large utensil:

2 c. very warm tap water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening (oil)
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Combine:

1/2 c. very warm tap water
2 pkgs. yeast

Let stand - dissolve.

Combine both mixture. Add:

7 c. flour

Mix well. Add more flour as needed - dough should not be sticky. Do not knead dough. Set covered to rise double in size. Oil sheets (baking). Flour hands. Shape dough. Place on baking sheets to rise again. Bake 350 degrees to golden brown.
