QUICK CASSEROLE DINNER | |
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. pepper 10 oz. frozen peas 1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits 16 oz. can tomato sauce and mushrooms 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Brown beef, onion, and celery in skillet. Drain fat. Stir in flour, tomato sauce, seasonings, and peas; simmer 5 minutes. Pour into shallow baking dish. Top with biscuits and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6. |
