CHIPS AND CHILI (Quick and Easy) 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans chili hot beans
1/2 c. water
Coarsely chopped onion if desired

Scramble and fry ground beef and drain off excess grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over tortilla chips and top with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, shredded and cheese, sour cream and black olives. Enjoy!
