QUICK 'N EASY CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. garlic salt
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans light red kidney beans
3 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown beef and drain. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serves 5.
