EASY, QUICK CHILI 
8 servings

3 lbs. lean ground beef
4 tbsp. butter (butter)
4 med. onions, diced
2 cans stewed tomatoes (try 1 can first)
2 cans red kidney beans
6 celery stalks, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder (optional)

Saute' meat and onions in butter until nicely browned. (Drain off excess fat.)

Put into large pot. Add tomatoes, beans, celery, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 45 minutes. Add chili powder (if desired) and simmer for 30 minutes more.
